CHLOE KELLY

It was whilst studying Creative Media at Chichester College that Chloe knew she wanted to pursue a career in editing. This led her to Brighton Film School (now Screen and Film School) where she went on to acquire a first class BA Honours in Film Production, with Post Production as her specialism.

During her time at film school, Chloe worked on many extra curricular narrative shorts, as well as completing an internship as a personal project editor for director Alex Kalymnios alongside her course. No longer than an hour after handing in the final piece of coursework for her BA, Chloe had an interview for brand content production company Be The Fox.

​

Chloe started at Be The Fox as a four week production assistant intern. However, after expressing her determination to pursue a career in post production to co-founders Megan Price and Diana Ellis-Hill, they offered her a permanent role as an edit assistant. After beginning full-time in August, Chloe was promoted to Junior Editor in the December, and became their main in-house Editor the year after. Chloe's next step was to a London TV Broadcast production company, Transmission Productions, where she worked as a lead editor on both national and international TVC campaigns.

The next chapter has now begun for Chloe, taking all she has learnt from in-house to the life of freelance! In the first year of freelancing, she won Gold for the international 'Best New' Editor at The Kinsale Shark Awards, 2022.

​

With experience editing a range of content for a wide variety of platforms, some of Chloe's clients now include: Cazoo, EDF Energy, ERS Car Insurance, AHRC Techne, University of Brighton, OGCI, Huggies, Thames Water, Omaze, Visit Essex, Deloitte, KMPG, Citroen and Square.

Also extending her hand to SFX design and colour grading, Chloe is simply post obsessed.
